The State Prize in the field of science and technology in 2017 for the creation and production of domestic medicines for neurotropic and immunotropic action was awarded to the scientists of the <\/span>Physico-Chemical Institute names after O.V. Bogatsky of the<\/span> National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and specialists of the company “InterChem”.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine \u2116 138\/2018<\/a>, promulgated on the website of the Head of State on May 19, the State Prize for the work “Creation and manufacture of domestic medicines for neurotropic and immunotropic action”<\/em> was awarded to:<\/p>\n

Golovenko Nikolai Yakovlevich – a<\/span>cademician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.<\/p>\n

Nikitin Evgeny Vasilievich – doctor of medical sciences.<\/p>\n

Karaseva Tamara Leonidovna – d<\/span>octor of Biological Sciences.<\/p>\n

Pavlovsky Viktor Ivanovich – d<\/span>octor of Chemical Sciences.<\/p>\n

Yegorova Alla Vladimirovna – d<\/span>octor of Chemical Sciences.<\/p>\n

Reder Anatoly Semenovich – candidate of chemical sciences, general director of “InterChem” SLC<\/span><\/p>\n

Pozig<\/span>un Dmitry Vladimirovich – candidate of chemical sciences, deputy general director of “InterChem” SLC<\/span><\/p>\n

Stelmakh Igor Borisovich – candidate of chemical sciences, director of production of “InterChem” SLC<\/span><\/p>\n

In this work, the authors substantiate the scientific approaches and carried out fundamental chemical, biological and pharmacological studies on the creation and introduction into the wide medical practice of original domestic medicines with neurotropic (“Ph<\/span>enazepam® \u0406\u0421”, “Gidazepam<\/span> \u0406\u0421®”, “Levana<\/span>® \u0406\u0421”) and i<\/span>mmunotropic (“Amix<\/span>in® \u0406\u0421”) properties, which were first registered on the basis of a complete set of documents regarding their quality, safety and effectiveness.<\/p>\n

Public-private partnership between the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and INTERCHEM<\/span> SLC<\/span> allowed the organization of industrial production of substances and finished medicines in accordance with the European standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).<\/p>\n

The production of complete-cycle preparations – from the synthesis of substances to the finished dosage form – within the country made it possible to make the original medicines more accessible both for citizens and for state medical institutions that carry out purchases for budgetary
