The InterChem SLC R&D SDF Laboratory<\/strong> performs contract-based research and development in full compliance with Ukrainian regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical development, including technological documentation standards.<\/p>\n Laboratory capabilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n Development of solid dosage form compositions and production technologies using classical wet granulation, fluid bed granulation, direct compression, or dry granulation methods;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Development of coating processes for tablets using both fluid bed and perforated drum technologies;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Optimization of existing manufacturing technologies and transition to direct compression<\/strong>, using modern excipients from Meggle<\/strong> and other manufacturers\u2014offering significant economic benefits through reduced processing time, lower labor costs, and fewer production stages;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Execution of pharmaco-technological testing during pharmaceutical development\u2014including input material testing, intermediate product analysis, and finished product control in compliance with the European Pharmacopoeia<\/strong> and the State Pharmacopoeia of Ukraine<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n \n\n
