Development of reference materials and substances-witnesses of impurities

One of the spheres of activity of the laboratory is dealing with the synthesis of organic compounds. The resulting compounds are used as the standard samples and impurities markers in API’s. As a result of this work, the company is able to control the quality of the API’s of its own production and the API’s supplied as the input raw materials.

We use the appropriate set of supporting tests and methods: PMR- and IR spectroscopy, UV spectrophotometry, TLC and HPLC study for the identification of the synthesized materials.

If necessary, we also carry out X-ray phase, derevatographic and other types of researches.

The organic markers of such AFI’s as ibuprofen, sildenafil cytrate, Analginum, paracetamol, ascorbic acid, as well as standard samples of impurities of the synthetic drugs such as Gidazepam, Amixin, Fenazepam etc. were synthesized at the Laboratory.
