Since the foundation of the company and now for more than 20 years, the company “InterChem” is being successfully managed by Anatoliy Reder - CEO, PhD, honored worker of the pharmaceutical industry of Ukraine, laureate of the Academic Kiprianov Prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.

For the employees Dr. Reder is an authoritative leader who under difficult conditions of company growth, economic reforms and the global crisis every day makes decisions about the development strategy of “InterChem SLC”.

Anatoliy Reder is well known in Odessa and Odessa region as one of the best employers, an adherent of legal wage. Many people who are in need appreciate his charitable activities.

At the ceremony of celebrating the 20th anniversary of the company, CEO of “InterChem SLC” was awarded with the government award (Diploma of the Ukrainian Cabinet of Ministers), and the highest award of the Odessa Сity Mayor - Marazli Order.

And in 2013, for "the creation of a powerful modern pharmaceutical school, high quality standards and innovative course of concern of "InterChem" Dr. Reder was awarded the Medal named after Odessa Governor-General Mikhail Vorontsov.

The staff of the Company includes several positions of Deputies of General Director, but the first, the most important is PhD Dmitry Pozigun, who has not only business relationship with the General Director of the Company, but also the real long-term friendship since student years.

Dr. Pozigun’s productive work was awarded by the State - at the request of the Odessa Regional State Administration in 2008 he was awarded the Order “For merits”, III degree and in 2012 – “For merits” II degree.

Igor Stelmakh implements all the ideas of the administration: the construction and putting into operation the new production buildings and facilities, fitting out the production units with the most modern equipment. For all the employees Dr. Stelmakh is the director of the factory, which employs chemists and pharmacists, builders and technicians, drivers and mechanical engineers, and many other highly skilled professionals.
In the past Igor Stelmakh was an associate professor of chemical faculty of the I.I. Mechnikov Odessa National University. Students still fondly remember the years when they were together in the construction team and went to the farm, to the practice and a tour of the students choir! 

Sphere of Sergei Kashutskiy activity includes the managing of the various research laboratories of the company: research technological laboratories of active pharmaceutical ingredients and solid dosage forms, the chemical laboratory of organic synthesis, certified testing laboratory as a part of the monitoring, as well as the technical department of the enterprise. Mr. Kashutskiy is guiding the development of technologies and production of finished dosage forms, the synthesis of APIs.

Zoya Giher has had the experience in the pharmaceutical industry before joining "InterChem". She is successfully managing very important for the production of pharmaceuticals services such as quality control department, department of quality managing, microbiological laboratory. Mrs. Giher is an authorized person for the quality.

Deputy General Director on Quality supervises the activities in the preparation and managing the certification of the production unit of finished drugs, as a result of which the company was granted a Certificate of GMP.

Marketing is a very important part of the success of any company. Marketing department, external service, registration bureau, the press center, the advertising department - these units are led by Mrs. Granatyuk. She is engaged in breeding and promotion of products on the domestic and foreign markets. Communication with the press and PR-campaigns, trainings and seminars concerning the products of the company - this creative activity requires a lot of effort and at the same time gives a great pleasure as any interesting work.

Thanks to her work the company created a favorable social and psychological climate, provided social security, and improved HR processes.

Also Elena Ovdeyenko is the head of the trade union of the enterprise.She implements in practice such important projects as the social and medical insurance for employees, the organization of the corporative events and others.
