According to the Decree of the President of Ukraine № 138/2018, promulgated on the website of the Head of State on May 19, the State Prize for the work "Creation and manufacture of domestic medicines for neurotropic and immunotropic action" was awarded to:
Golovenko Nikolai Yakovlevich - academician of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor.

In this work, the authors substantiate the scientific approaches and carried out fundamental chemical, biological and pharmacological studies on the creation and introduction into the wide medical practice of original domestic medicines with neurotropic ("Phenazepam® ІС", "Gidazepam ІС®", "Levana® ІС") and immunotropic ("Amixin® ІС") properties, which were first registered on the basis of a complete set of documents regarding their quality, safety and effectiveness.
Public-private partnership between the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and INTERCHEM SLC allowed the organization of industrial production of substances and finished medicines in accordance with the European standards of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
The production of complete-cycle preparations - from the synthesis of substances to the finished dosage form - within the country made it possible to make the original medicines more accessible both for citizens and for state medical institutions that carry out purchases for budgetary funds.
